I think it’s all about the color of the curry powder used, but both are great and very authentic!

Great post, Ben. When your mom and I were in seminary there was a seminarian from Sri Lanka, Daniel Thoma. Daniel would cook with LOTS of curry, so the entire apartment building would be filled with the aroma. It was the first time I've eaten curry-laden food. Love you!
