I feel the same about a recent Fingerprint order. My biggest quibble with them is that they are very stingy with the expected accoutrements. Like all you basically get is the listed filling and one sliver of cucumber. The filling is always tasty but it's not the wonderland of different tastes and textures that a normal banh mi offers. I also find their vegan mayo too sweet.
